I’m a full time mom to 2 kids. Yoga is my time away from the demands of breastfeeding and nappy changing. I take joy in the stillness that comes from the practice and in the energy that abounds afterwards.
I have been practising ashtanga for 4 years now and eventually started teaching almost 2 years ago. I look forward to each class as an opportunity to help each of my students on their own path to yoga and to discovering their true selves.
