Lynn Liebreich

Lynn began practicing yoga in 2000, while working as an engineer in America. Her roommate invited her to go to a class, and she quickly realized she loved yoga. She has practiced many sports in her past, including running marathons and rowing on her university’s crew team. Lynn found a special connection in yoga that was relaxing, yet also challenging and invigorating.

After 10 years of engineering, Lynn left her career to pursue her passion. She graduated from the YogaWorks 200-Hour teaching program in 2007 and began instructing in the Washington DC area. She has also taught students in Indonesia, Hawaii and now in Manila!

In her classes she teaches proper alignment to protect the body, while emphasizing the importance of the breath and listening to what your body is telling you today. She has a wide range of experience teaching students of all levels of flexibility and strength, as young as age 4 and as old as age 94.

Her goal is to teach her students relaxation techniques while helping them strengthen their inner and outer selves. Her style is influenced by her favorite teachers: Chrissy Carter, Sean Corne, Valerie Hobensack, Julie Rosier, Rodney Yee, and the teachings of BKS Iyengar and TKV Desikachar.
