Yoga, like life, is a never-ending journey. There is always more to explore and more to learn. Anne Margaret’s journey started in 2004 when she first attended a Vinyasa Flow class. Unable to recall exactly what it was that prompted her to enroll in a series of yoga classes, Anne was determined to learn more about the practice. In 2005, Anne discovered Bikram Yoga and practiced it for three years. In 2008, a good friend introduced Anne to the practice of AshtangaVinyasa Yoga and it was then Anne realized the practice of Ashtanga was what she’d been looking for all along.

Anne completed her first Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training with Tim Miller in January 2010.  She deepened her teaching knowledge in 2012 by completing her second Teacher Training with John Scott.  Anne is a certified 200 RYT with Yoga Works.

Anne believes yoga is a never-ending learning process. She religiously attends workshops and conferences in Manila and abroad to further enhance her practice and teaching.  Anne has been blessed with so much knowledge and has learned from all of her teachers (both directly and indirectly) that it is essential to listen to your own body, to your ownself.

“So it is with you, as much as you can be told and shown certain things, only you know what is right for you. You can be guided, you can be led, but in the end it is up to you. I wish you blessings and joy in your journey and would be honored if I can help you along the way”.
